We are required to monitor and report on a range of targets and performance indicators set by the Department of Health and other regulatory bodies.
As importantly, we actively seek and respond to feedback from patients and their families to make sure we identify and resolve any issues promptly, share good practice, and learn from mistakes.
We publish Annual Reports which detail our operational and financial performance over the course of the financial year, and produce an annual review which summarises our performance, key achievements and plans.
