NHS applications are typically detailed and competency-based, so it’s important to approach them carefully and thoughtfully:
- Read everything thoroughly

- Clearly address the criteria
Demonstrate how you meet the essential and desirable requirements. Use specific examples from school, college, volunteering, part-time or full-time work to evidence your skills. Remember, make sure all information is accurate, relevant, and tailored to the apprenticeship you are applying for.

Explain why you are interested in an NHS apprenticeship, what attracts you to the role, and your passion for working in healthcare.
