Biography
Dr Stephen Kennedy has been a consultant at both Lancashire Teaching NHS hospitals and The Christie hospital, Manchester. He has wide ranging expertise in a number of cancer treatments and technologies: Gynae-oncology, Sarcoma, Neuro (brain and spinal tumours) and Lymphoma, treating with radiotherapy (SRS, VMAT, IMRT, Protons) and chemotherapy.
Dr Kennedy, at LTHTR treats gynaecological cancers with radiotherapy and is part of the regional Gynae-Oncology MDT.
Dr Kennedy completed his specialist registrar training in the Northwest at The Christie and Lancashire in 2014. Prior to this he commenced his medical career in Reading and London. He graduated from Imperial College, London in 2004.
