Biography
Dr Stewart studied medicine in Cambridge and completed his first two years of post-graduate training in East Anglia before moving to the North West in 2008.
He completed speciality training in Emergency Medicine working in Preston, Chorley, Manchester, Blackpool, and Lancaster before taking up a Consultant post with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals in 2014, working in both the Royal Preston and Chorley and South Ribble Hospitals.
Dr Stewart has experience in roles as clinical governance lead for the Emergency Department, regional ultrasound training lead, associate clinical information officer, and divisional medical director for medicine.
