Lose the socks for Lego blocks… or get ready to sashay across the shards!
Join us in 2026 for our first ever Charity Glass and Lego Walk – a brand-new barefoot challenge designed to test your nerves AND raise vital funds for our hospital charity.
On Thursday 26 February, from 6pm we’ll be hosting this exciting event at Charters Restaurant, Royal Preston Hospital, giving families, friends and colleagues the chance to take on one (or both) of our daring walks in support of the ward or department at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals that means the most to them.
What’s the challenge?
Whether you’re stepping onto Lego bricks or bravely walking across glass, this event is all about mind over matter.
With expert support from professional instructors, you’ll be guided safely through the experience, learning how to overcome fear, push your limits, and achieve something unforgettable – all while raising funds to support patients cared for across our hospitals.
Registration fees:
£20 per adult, £30 for two adults, and £10 per child.
We kindly ask participants to aim for a suggested fundraising target of £50 per adult and £20 per child. Every pound raised helps us continue funding projects that make a real difference for patients and families across our hospitals.
