Join us for a hot new charity challenge!
Dare to walk across fire? Feel the heat on your feet at our very first fundraising firewalk challenge! This is your chance to conquer fear, push your limits, and take part in an unforgettable experience. With expert guidance from professional firewalk instructors, you’ll learn to harness the power of mind over matter and safely step across the burning embers.
We’re teaming up with our friends at Rosemere Cancer Foundation to bring you this brand-new fundraiser. By taking part, you can choose to support our Children’s Fund or any other ward/department at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust—just let us know when you sign up!
The walk will take place on the Education Centre Car Park at Royal Preston Hospital. Participants must attend a safety talk at 6pm, and the walk will commence at 7pm. There’s a £20 registration fee, and we ask for a £50 minimum sponsorship amount (not including Gift Aid) to take part in this unique challenge.
Please note – you MUST be aged 12 or older to take on our hot coal catwalk! Those under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
We would love for you to help raise as much as you can in sponsorship. The money raised, however small or large, will make a huge difference, so please visit www.justgiving.com/lancashireteachinghospitals to set up your online fundraising page or click here to download our sponsorship form.
Thank you to JM Glendinning for their kind sponsorship of this event!
