Over the last three months we have been piloting a free park and ride shuttle service between Preston Business Centre and Royal Preston Hospital for outpatients and visitors.
The pilot was due to the loss of visitor car parking following the erection of the Nightingale demountable on Car Park B.
However, due to underutilisation, this service stopped on Thursday 30 June in line with the pilot’s end date.
Patients and visitors can still park on a number of car parks on the Royal Preston Hospital site. Car parks G, A and B are available for patient and visitor parking as well as a small number of spaces at the rear of the Rosemere Cancer Centre.
