We have a large gym space at both sites which allows for group classes. This allows you to use some of the more specialised gym equipment that you may not have at home in order to progress your rehabilitation.
This can also be offered on a 1:1 basis if the group class is not suitable.
Class details
- Complex Knee Class

This class is tailored towards pre-operative, non-operative (conservative) and post-operative ACL rehabilitation. Rehabilitation will focus on optimising the range of movement, strength and neuromuscular control around the knee to support you to achieve your individual goals.
We follow specific guidelines relating to your surgery / injury. These guidelines are made up of different phases (one to five). Each phase will have a specific set of exercises that you will complete.
At your first session we will assess your abilities and show you how to do the exercises suitable for your current phase of rehabilitation. You will complete these exercises at home, and in the class, until you are ready for the next phase. This will be determined once you reach certain timeframes and milestones, which we will check at subsequent classes.
