I Don’t Like Cricket I love It

BAE ground on South Meadow Lane Preston

The sound of willow hitting leather tells us that the Cricket season  is again upon us.

What better way to help a good cause and combine a day out enjoying this sport

To our staff, Cricket is just not only a game it is a life changer game.

Next Sunday (23rd May)  at the BAE ground on South Meadow Lane Preston -   next to Avenham park  and the Continental Pub - , four teams will face each other to raise funds to help ease the suffering being experienced in India as a result of the COVID-19  pandemic.

Surgeons, ward staff and those from Primary Care will play for glory, will play for India and I am sure,  play to win.

It starts at 11am next Sunday. Refreshments are available.

Even if you have  never been to a cricket match, come along and support colleagues and friends.

You may even say at the end, “I don’t like cricket, I love it “

Funds raised will be transferred to the India Covid Fund.

You can also contribute directly to the cause here .
