Temporary Staffing

The Temporary Staffing department matches workers to various ad hoc and temporary placements within the Trust.  We currently match qualified and unqualified nursing and midwifery workers to placements throughout the Trust, The Trust has two main hospital sites; Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley & South Ribble Hospital.  It also carries services out at Preston Business Centre. The Trust provides both specialist and district general hospital services to it’s local population, and values it’s temporary workforce as key to delivering safe and effective care.

We offer ad hoc, flexible shifts that can work with personal circumstance and commitments. Using Employee Online (EOL) you can let us know when you are available and your availability is then matched to shift requirements across the hospital. Whatever your availability, we value your skills and experience, and can provide you with a fantastic opportunity to work with us in a way that suits your lifestyle.

We keep in touch with you via SMS messaging, sending you information about available shifts, confirmation of shifts and other important information we feel relevant to your role.

In addition, we will soon be co-ordinating our Administration and Allied Health Professional temporary placements and more information will follow on this page with regards this.
