Free car parking at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals over the Christmas period

Lancashire Teaching Hospitals will be offering free parking to all patients, visitors and staff over the Christmas period. Free parking will be available at Royal Preston Hospital and Chorley and South Ribble Hospital on the dates: Christmas Day 25/12/2020, Boxing Day 26/12/2020, Bank Holiday Monday 28/12/2020, New Year’s Day 01/01/2021

Please note that staff car parking will only be free to staff members who have valid car parking permits.

International Day of Persons with Disabilities

I am a registered nurse, who has worked at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust for the last five years. I am currently living with rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome, which are life-long and debilitating conditions. These can be a daily struggle due to the pain and fatigue, however I have learnt to ‘listen to my body’ and rest when necessary.
