We believe that seeking to involve, and responding to feedback is critical to ensuring healthcare services are developed and delivered in a way that meets the needs of everyone in our local community, through our Patient Experience and Involvement Strategy and the Membership Management and Engagement Strategy (see link below).
As a foundation trust we have more than 22,000 members, comprising local people, patients and staff, with whom we regularly engage about our performance and plans. We also actively involve schools and colleges, community groups, third sector organisations and partners in how services are shaped and provided.
A wide range of information and engagement events are held throughout the year and are promoted on our homepage. please contact Catherine Arrand-Green, Membership Engagement Manager for further details via telephone: 01772 524412 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
