Career History:

I completed my medical training (M.D.) in 2002. After my junior doctor rotation in medicine and general surgery and a year as an armed forces medic, I moved to the UK and pursued a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology (Yorkshire Deanery) and sub-specialised in Gynaecological Oncology (Northern Deanery).

I was appointed Consultant in Gynaecological Oncology in 2015 by University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW). In 2019 I relocated to Lancashire Teaching Hospitals – Royal Preston Hospital and joined the Gynaecological Oncology team.

Research & Specialist Interests:

Radical ovarian cancer surgery, exenterative surgery, minimal access surgery (laparoscopic and robotic), vulval surgery. I am a BSCCP accredited colposcopist and trainer. I have special interest in vulval conditions.

I have publications in the field of Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Gynaecological Oncology. I have great interest in medical education, teaching and training; particularly simulation training.
