Come and tell us what you think

Urgent care – tell us what you think!

Lancashire Care Foundation Trust is working with Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to produce a plan to improve urgent care services in Central Lancashire.  We need to understand what local people want from an urgent care service, and how you would like it to work, to help us develop a service that will meet your needs effectively.

If you have used a hospital emergency department, out of hours GP service, or the 111 service recently, and would like to share your experience or have ideas about how these services could be improved, please come along to our focus group to tell us what you think.

If you have needed urgent care recently but haven’t been able to get help, or didn’t know which service could support you we’d also like to hear from you.
