Central Lancashire Integrated Care Partnership
We’re bringing together the NHS, local councils and voluntary, community and faith sector organisations across Preston, Chorley and South Ribble to improve the health, care and wellbeing of local people, to make improvements and change the way we work. This is formally known as our Integrated Care Partnership and sees us working together on a formal basis to agree priorities and make joint decisions. This will in turn provide an opportunity to develop better ways of working across health and social care which we know can have huge benefits for local people, staff and services.
You can find out more about our central Lancashire partnership via the dedicated website here: www.healthierlsc.co.uk/central-lancs
Our central Lancashire Integrated Care Partnership is one of five across the wider Lancashire and South Cumbria. Together, these five areas are working to deliver a shared vision and five-year strategy for improving health and care services and helping the 1.8 million people in our region live longer, healthier lives.
This collective vision is referred to as the Healthier Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care System. You can find out more about this here www.healthierlsc.co.uk.
