We believe that seeking to involve, and responding to feedback is critical to ensuring healthcare services are developed and delivered in a way that meets the needs of everyone in our local community.
As a foundation trust we have more than 23,000 members, comprising local people and patients, with whom we regularly engage about our performance and plans. We also actively involve schools and colleges, community groups, third sector organisations and partners in how services are shaped and provided.
